Needs Analysis

This phase will uncover everything from technical requirements to the key messages we want to deliver to your target audience. We perform market research and have a series of questionnaires, check lists, interviews and creative meetings that allow us to proceed with clarity and purpose.

Design

Great design incorporates more than a great look. It has great information architecture and an easy-to-navigate user interface. Your website has goals and so does the person surfing your site. Red Label will make sure everyone's needs are met.

Production

The visuals are brought to life by the talent of our programmers. All the technical issues we worked out in the Needs Analysis will be addressed at this stage. We are closing in on the finished project. Usability testing is ongoing throughout the production phase.

Post Production

It looks great but does it work? Testing and debugging is crucial to ensure a satisfied client--a step too often overlooked. We test until we think it is perfect. Before the launch, we hand over the site and let the client try to prove us wrong.

Delivery

A finished website isn't the last you will hear from us. Red Label will ensure everything is running smoothly in the following months and years. If you have a CMS system we will make sure you and your staff know how to use it. Red Label is in the business of pleasing clients.
